Overview
Please use our online calendar system to indicate to your agent and casting directors the days on which you are available and/or unavailable to work as a background performer. When you have finished editing your availability, click "Save My Calendar" and your availability status will be instantly available to your agent and casting directors when they view your listing on actionextra.com.
This system communicates directly with actionextra.com -- and it works in both directions. In other words, your agent can also make changes to your availability and booking status directly from your actionextra.com listing. Your personal calendar will display the changes made by your agent in two ways:
1. The calendar date cells will change color (red = booked**)
2. If your agent chooses to publish date and production-specific public notes, they will be displayed in real-time as linked dates below your calendar. Check your calendar frequently to keep up-to-date with last-minute notes about your call times, locations, wardrobe etc.!!
Logging In
1. Your availability calendar must first be activated by your agent before you can log in!
2. You must have a valid email address to use this system.
3. Your username is the email address you have on record with your agent. Please use the retrieve password link on the availability calendar home page if you have misplaced or forgotten your password. Contact your agent directly for assistance if your email address has changed, or if you cannot retrieve your password for any other reason.
Editing your Calendar
Important note: Calendar date cells are only editable in the month that is currently active in the drop-down menu! You must advance to the next calendar month to edit the dates for that month.
1. Indicate your availability by clicking on individual dates to cycle through the available color indicators:
- Light Grey (default) = Availability Unknown
- Blue = Available to work entire day
- Dark Grey = Unavailable
- Red = Booked**

2. You must click the green "Save My Calendar" button below the calendar to save changes to your availability status.
You can undo your changes (return to the previously saved status) by clicking the "Undo all changes" button. Clear All Availabilty sets all dates to the default setting of "Unknown Status"
3. The list below the calendar is sorted by current availability status.
4. The linked booking dates below the calendar connect to pages containing date-specific notes about your booking. Check your calendar frequently to keep up-to-date with last-minute notes about your call times, locations, wardrobe etc.!!
